John Doane P.Eng, Director Technology
John heads up Blue Ocean’s IT Division. He is also responsible for the overall technology planning and implementation for Blue Ocean's three contact centers.
John has over fifteen years experience in the technology sector and is recognized as an industry expert and change agent with respect to Customer Service Center implementation and performance optimization.
He has worked in the area of telecommunications with his most recent role as Senior Planner-Business IT with Aliant Telecom Inc., where he was responsible for the development and
|
communication of systems strategy and planning concepts for Customer Relationship Management.
His role is critical in putting Blue Ocean at the forefront as a specialty provider of multi-channel customer relationship services. His dedication to providing high-level technology solutions will be a definite asset in achieving this goal.
John received his Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University and received his Bachelor of Engineering from TUNS. He is also a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario (P.E.O.) and the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia (A.P.E.N.S).
