Cathryn Biddulph, Director of HR and Organizational Development

Cathy’s 25 years of people management experience has been developed through a unique blend of roles within the private sector from Vancouver to Halifax!

Cathy joined the Blue Ocean team in 2000 as director of human resources for the three contact centers.  She is responsible for increasing the effectiveness and value of Blue Ocean’s employees by developing and maintaining an integrated and comprehensive people development process. This includes fostering and establishing organization development, succession planning, training, leadership, and employee development programs.

Cathy credits her success to being able to lead by focusing on priorities that support strategic goals. She believes in transforming concepts and ideas into actions, sharing experiences and expertise with team members to assist in the development of future leaders to ensure our long-term success. 

Cathy graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Home Economics with a major in Fashion/Design and a minor in Business. Her passionate and creative approach to human resources supports Blue Ocean in reaching its goals and objectives.
