Andrew O’Brien CMRP, Senior Vice President, Development

Andrew O’Brien, Senior Vice President, Development, brings a solid operational background to Blue Ocean’s business development team. 

Before this assignment, Andrew was responsible for all of the company’s contact centres as VP operations, prior to which, he had led Blue Ocean’s Vancouver team as VP Western Canada.

Before joining Blue Ocean Andrew worked for MTT (now Aliant), the largest telecommunications company in Atlantic Canada, as Manager of Market Research and Marketing Manager at MTT Mobility.  

As the leader of Blue Ocean’s marketing team, Andrew draws from this experience to help prospective customers develop the solutions that strengthen their customer relationships.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University and an MBA from Dalhousie University. He is a member of the Marketing Research Intelligence Association (MRIA), the Market Research Association (MRA), the American Marketing Association (AMA), the BC Call Center Association, the Association of Support Professionals, and Contact Centre Canada.

Andrew is a Certified Market Research Professional (CMRP).
