Elizabeth Currie CMRP, Chief Operating Officer
Elizabeth leads the Blue Ocean Contact Centers operations team. Core to her role is the continuous monitoring of financial performance and productivity, human resource planning, and quality assurance. Elizabeth brings extensive experience in market research and database marketing to Blue Ocean Contact Centers.
Elizabeth has been with Blue Ocean Contact Centers since its inception in 1994. She has played a vital role in the success of the company since day one. Her vast experience stems from 13 years in the research and customer care industry. Previous to starting Blue Ocean Contact Centers, Elizabeth worked for Corporate Research Associates Inc. She joined CRA in 1981 and has been responsible for directing the field operations of all the company’s major research projects, and since 1994 has assumed corporate responsibility for the company’s field service operations.

Elizabeth lends extensive experience and intuition to the development and implementation of our clients’ programs. Her energy and enthusiasm, dedication and industry savvy are built into every stage of our clients’ projects.
Elizabeth, a native of Nova Scotia, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University. She is currently a member of the Market Research Association (MRA), the Marketing Research Intelligence Association (MRIA), the Application Support Professionals (ASP) and the Help Desk Institute. Elizabeth is a Certified Market Research Professional (CMRP).
